The Experience That Inspired AltiorCare
AltiorCare’s founder brings more than a decade of experience as an RN, including bedside nursing, clinical leadership and hiring.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she experienced the impact of severe staffing shortages firsthand. On one particularly difficult shift, there weren’t enough nurses to cover the patients on her hospital floor. Nursing leadership had to step in and take patient assignments while continuing to manage the unit.
That experience reinforced how closely staffing, patient safety and caregiver well-being are connected. It inspired her to create a company focused on qualified professionals and thoughtful staffing decisions.
